ITALIAN CLUB TO GIVE PLAY

Will Present "The Savants of Villatriste" at the Copley Theatre on April 15--Also at Some Later Date

The Harvard Italian Club announces the presentation of its annual play to be held at the Copley Theatre on the afternoon of Friday, April 15. This year, the play given will be "The Savants of Villatriste", a comedy by Santiago Rusinol. The proceeds of the performance will be used for the benefit of the Italian Scholarship Fund which is being raised to provide some Italian student every year with college expenses. Tickets will be for sale at the Cooperative Society, at the Copley Theatre box office, or may be obtained by applying to R. W. Long '22, 54 Dunster Street.

The Italian Club has extended its scope this year in its plans to give the play once at the Copley and to give a second performance at a later date. The Councillors of the Club are Marquis Giovanni Ferranti, Professor Jeremiah D. M. ford '94, Signor Isadore Braggiotti, Professor George B. Weston '97, and Dr. George La Piana. Secretary of State Charles E. Hughes and Thomas W. Lamont '92 are Honorary Councillors.
