Will Lecture on Dutch paintings

Dr. W. martin will complete his series of three lectures on Dutch painters and paintings this afternoon at half past four in the lecture room of the Fogg Art Museum. The subject of the lecture will be "The Dutch Painter: Jan Steen", and will be well illustrated with slides. On Thursday Dr. Martin will give a lecture on "Old Dutch Masters" at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.

Dr. martin, who is a pupil of Dr. Bredius and of Dr. Hofstede de Groot, is the Director of the Royal Picture Gallery at the Hague, and professor of art. Ristory at Leyden University. He is the author of monographs of old Dutch masters and collaborator of several scientific periodicals and books of reference.
