The Freshman crew candidates will meet in Smith Halls Common Room at 8.15 Monday night and not at 7.00 as was announced yesterday. Dr. Howe, Freshman coach, and "Bill" Haines, coach of the University crew, will speak, outlining plans for the season.
The crew manager also announced the dates for three races in the spring, which have been scheduled subject to the approval of the Athletic Association. The University crew will meet Tech. on May 21, while a week later on May 28 both the University and the Freshmen will race Cornell. On June 24 will come the annual races at New London on the Thames in which the University, Second, and Freshman crews will meet Yale.
