At a luncheon today at 1 o'clock at the Students' Liberal Club, Mr. H. B. Hulbert, former envoy of the Korean emperor to the United States, will speak on "The Japanese Dilemma". Mr. Hulbert is an author and lecturer of note, and an authority on far eastern questions. The luncheon will be for members of the Club only.
