The third CRIMSON business competition for members of the class of 1924 will start next Tuesday evening with a meeting at the Crimson Building at 7 o'clock. It will offer the last opportunity for Sophomores to gain positions in the Business Department.
All men who are successful in this competition will be eligible for the position of business manager in their Senior year. This position is one of considerable trust and responsibility and offers better training for a business career than any other work in College. The business candidates come into intimate contact with all the large advertisers in Boston and New York and are offered an unusual opportunity to view all types of business especially in their relation to advertising. In addition they will gain complete knowledge of all the business of the CRIMSON, involving considerable financial experience. Successful candidates in the coming competition will be under no disadvantage in the choice for Business Manager.
The competition will last about 12 weeks with no intensive work during the mid-year examination period; during the Christmas vacation there will be no work required.
