Three delegates will represent the University at the sixteenth annual convention of the National Collegiate Athletic Association at the Hotel Astor in New York City on Thursday, December 29. The Crimson representatives at the meeting will be Dean L. B. R. Briggs '75, Coach R. T. Fisher '12, and Major F. W. Moore '93.

At the meeting of the Association, the membership of which includes over 100 American colleges, there will be reports from the Rules Committees of football, basketball, association football, track, swimming, wrestling, volley ball, and boxing, and also a report by the chairman of the central Board on officials. It will also be determined whether the Association will again hold an intercollegiate field and track meet such as was held in Chicago last June.
