The foreign students of the University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology will meet tomorrow night at 7.30 o'clock at the Cambridge Y. M. C. A. Congressman F. W. Dallinger and Mayor E. H. Quinn of Cambridge will be among the speakers. Various members of the foreign students' clubs will also give talks. There will be free bowling and billiards and refreshments will be served.
