To Give Lowell Institute Lecture

The fifth of the series of Lowell Institute Lectures will be given this afternoon at 5 o'clock in Huntingdon Hall, in the Rogers Building, 491 Boylston street, Boston. The speaker will be Mr. Paul Milinkor, Professor at Moscow and Sofia Universities, and former Foreign Minister of the first Provisional Government in 1917. His lecture will be on the subject of "The Bolshevist Foreign Policy".
