The seventh of a series of lectures by Paul Millukov, L.L.D., Professor at the University of Sofia and Moscow, former Foreign Minister under the first Provisional Government in 1917, will be given this afternoon at 5 o'clock in Huntington Hall, Rogers Building, 491 Boylston St., Boston. The lectures on the general subject of "The Russian Catastrophe", are given under the auspices of the Lowell Institute. Professor Millukov will speak this afternoon on "The Decline of Bolshevislm."
