A band will render selections, and several prominent men will speak. The list includes Governor Channing H. Cox, Congressman Dallinger, Mayor Edward W. Quinn, Mr. James T. Barrett, President of the City Council, and Rev. Raymond W. Calkins D.D., Pastor of the First Congregational Church.
