Playing in much better form than he had the day before Morris Duane '22 took the last two sets of his match with E. T. Herndon 1G. B. in the finals of the University Fall Tennis Tournament yesterday on Divinity Courts. The University captain played with more steadiness and confidence than before and Herndon with less.
Beginning at 4-4 in the fourth set where play was called on Monday Duane took the first game on his own service. Herndon won on his own delivery and then. Duane by some powerful driving which continually forced his opponent into the back court, captured the next two games.
