NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Three silver cups will be awarded members of the team winning the Interclass Debate to be held in November, according to a recent decision of the Debating Council. The names of the four judges who will select class teams in the debating trials to be held tomorrow evening in Harvard Hall were announced today by the Council. They are W. L. Prosser 1L., C. H. Wheldon 1G., R. S. Fanning '23 and A. E. Steadman 3L.

Men who intend to enter these class trials are instructed by the Council to come prepared to speak on the following subject: "Resolved that the United States should not spend for replacing or increasing her armament more than was spent on these two items in 1921".

The advisability of sending three members of the University Debating Team on a trip this spring, where they will meet other teams in debate, is being considered by the Council.
