FIRST FRESHMAN FOUR-OAR WINS.

Choice of Crew to Race Middlesex Next Saturday Not Yet Settled.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In the race held yesterday afternoon between the 1923 four-oar crews formed of the second, and third Freshman eights, the first four-oar was victorious, leading the second over the short half-mile course by about three feet. This crew, since it won yesterday's race, will probably be picked to row the Middlesex School four Saturday, when a four-oar crew from the University will go to Middlesex. It is as yet undecided what crew will make the trip, the choice being between the 1928 crew which won, and the University four-oar which has been rowing on the river all spring.
