Playing their first game since a week ago when they lost 8-7 to Holy Cross 1923, the Freshman nine-will oppose the Dartmouth yearling team at 4 o'clock this afternoon at Soldiers Field. G. Owen will again be in the box and will be supported by the same team which played against Holy Cross and Middlesex. During the past week the infield has been improving and the team has been hitting somewhat better in the pinches, the lack of which has been noticeable in previous contests. Owen's pitching and control of the ball have also been improving.
Dartmouth started the season with a decidedly weak Freshman team. In the first two games which were lost, the team gathered but four and three hits respectively against Exeter and Williston Seminary.
