Will Present Sophomore Scholarship to Most Deserving Freshman.

The last Freshman smoker of the year will be held on Thursday evening, May 20, at 8 o'clock, in the Living Room of the Union. Besides the two new and lively motion pictures which the Entertainment Committee is choosing, the occasion will be marked by the presentation of the annual Sophomore scholarship, given each year to that member of the Freshman class who is considered by the Freshman officers of the preceding year best to deserve it in consideration not only of his academic record, but also of his athletic and other extra-curriculum activities. There will be short speeches by the 1923 officers on matters of interest to the class, and the customary refreshments will be offered. Music will be furnished during the evening. Since this is the last informal meeting of the class this year, beside the Jubilee gatherings, it is hoped that all will turn out
