SECOND SOPHOMORE SMOKER WILL BE HELD IN UNION MAY 4

Class to Vote on Amendments Regarding Elections; Speeches, Movies and Refreshments.

It has been decide I by the officers of the Class of 1922 to hold the second and last smoker of the year on Tuesday evening, May 4, at 7.30 in the Living Room of the Union. There will be short speeches by the officers, after which the Treasurer's report for 1919-1920 will be read An important question to be voted on by the Class will be the amendments proposed to the constitution of the three lower classes by the Student Council, at its last meeting. These amendments are brought forward with the intention of preventing as far as possible the lack of interest in class affairs by requiring the votes of at least 60 per cent, of the Class to make the election of officers valid.

Two motion pictures, which the committee is now engaged in selecting, will be shown, and the refreshments and cigarettes will be supplied at the tables. Lowe's orchestra will furnish music during the evening.
