At the meeting of the Circulo Espanol de Harvard, which is to be held in the Union on Friday, February 27 at 8 o'clock, President Charles W. Eliot, John Farwell Moors '83, A. M., LL. D., and Senor Francisco Vela, 3M. will speak. The present conditions and problems which confront Mexico will be discussed.
