A new list of the 68 districts into which the Harvard Endowment Fund has divided the world for canvassing purposes has been announced by the committee. It has been compiled as of February 9, and the districts ranked according to the percentage of enrolled Harvard men in each. It will be seen that Hawaii, which has been in the lead since December 1, has dropped to fourth place, through the voluntary act of the district committee, which found that it had been enrolling non-Harvard men. The Boston total does not include the recent Atkins gift of $38,000. District.  Am't.  P.C.
