Former University Coxswain to Assist Dr. Withington--Pick 4 Eights.

Dr. R. Heber Howe '01, coxswain of the University crew when in College and at present coach at Middlesex School, is now assisting Dr. Paul Withington in instructing the Freshman crews. Dr. Howe is to take charge of the lower 1923 eights and to assist in organizing and keeping the oarsmen's records. He has made an enviable record at Middlesex.

Height and weight statistics of the Freshmen were taken yesterday. There are at present about 80 yearlings out for crew, and four crews which are practicing daily have been picked by Coach Withington. The seating of these crews is as follows:

Crew A--Stroke, Kunhardt; 7, Habicht; 6, Self; 5, Bradford; 4, Morgan; 3, Fiske; 2, Westingard; bow, Wigglesworth.

Crew B--Stroke, Ohl; 7, Huiscamp; 6, Cummings; 5, Collier; 4, Post; 3, Shaw; 2, Norton; bow, Garland.

Crew C--Stroke, MacDuffie; 7, Fuller; 6, Branden; 5, Wood; 4, Cooper; 3, Shapiro; 2, Thayer; bow, Hodges.

Crew D--Stroke, Clark; 7, Mendoza; 6, Lund; 5, Perkins; 4, Williams; 3, Rathbun; 2, Forbes; bow, Moffat.
