GYM TEAM STARTS SEASON TODAY

Initial Meeting to be Held in Hemenway Gymnasium at 4

All candidates for the University Gym Team should report at Hemenway Gymnasium at 4 o'clock this afternoon at the first meeting of the present season. Coach Seikel is looking especially for more candidates for the tumbling, side horses, flying rings, horizontal bar, parallels and club swinging events.

Any members of the Sophomore class wishing to compete for the position of Assistant Manager of the Gym team will report at the same time and place, when the details of the work and the plans for the year will be explained and discussed.

It is hoped that enough Freshmen will report this afternoon to make up a regular Yearling team to have scheduled meets, but even if this is not done the Freshmen will have valuable experience in their work under Coach Seikel while preparing for exhibition work this season and a place on the University team next year.
