Dean Charles H. Haskins of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences will speak this afternoon at a public lecture at the University of Chicago. Dean Haskins, who was a member of the Peace Conference Commission on Belgian and Dutch Affairs, and who acted on the special committee on Alsace-Lorraine and the Saar Valley, will take as his subject "The Peace Conference at Paris."
