This afternoon at 4.30 o'clock, the class and club crew regatta starts on the Charles. The first event scheduled is a race between the third 1922 crew and the boat representing Stone School. Half an hour later, the Senior, Junior and Sophomore eights will compete for the interclass championship. Indications are that the 1921 boat has a slight advantage over its competitors. In the recent time trials, the Sophomore boat rowed the 1 7-8 mile course in 11 minutes, 11 seconds, the Junior in 11 minutes, 16 seconds, and the Senior in 11 minutes, 35 seconds. The winning class crew is to race the championship Yale class eight on the Housatonic on May 24. The final event, between the first Eliot and Thayer crews will take place at 5.30. Tomorrow's schedule is made up of club races, while the feature of the events on Saturday is the contest between the University and the 1922 first crews. The complete program is as follows:
FRIDAY.
3.40.-Freshman Club race (Eliot A, Thayer A, and Lowell A).
4.00.-Eliot 3 vs. Thayer 3.
4.20.-Eliot 2 vs. Thayer 2.
SATURDAY.
2.30.-Tufts vs. University C, (tentative).
3.00.-Second Freshman vs. M. I. T. first freshman.
3.30.-University A vs. 1922.
