Dr. Walter C. Bailey '94, M.D. '98, has been appointed head of the Red Cross Commission to Poland. During the war, he was engaged in Red Cross Work abroad, as a member of the Rockefeller Tuberculosis Commission. He established tuberculosis dispensaries at Lyons, France, and was later appointed medical head of the Department of the Rhone, where his work was of great importance.
