Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
In the first call for the 1923 hockey team 50 men reported at the Union last Tuesday evening. This number is smaller than that of last year, when 85 men reported, but it is expected that there will be more Freshman players out within the next few days. More candidates for the team are needed if the season is to be successful, and additional men should report at the H. A. A. today if possible.
Captain N. S. Walker, Jr., '20, the first speaker of the evening, outlined the season's plans and emphasized the need for more candidates. He was followed by Dan J. Kelly of the Department of Physical Training, who spoke on the plans that have been made to utilize the surplus of Freshman players who are unable to make the first squad. These men will not be cut as in past years, but will be retained for dormitory teams to play throughout the entire season. Kelly also warned the men that they must report at Weld 3 immediately to change their classification at that office.
19 Managers Report
For the Freshman hockey manager competition 19 men reported Tuesday afternoon, but this number will be insufficient to handle the necessary work. More candidates for the five positions that are open should report at the H. A. A. at the regular meeting at 8.45 o'clock this morning or at some time later during the day.
The University hockey squad has had an enforced rest of several days because of the poor condition of the ice, but it is hoped that the rinks will freeze again today or tomorrow. Weather reports from Washington indicate that another cold spell is on its way here.
