In the University singles tournament, the sixth round has been reached and R. L. Lippmann 3L, and A. De Turenne '21 in opposite halves of the draw, seem to be the logical men to meet in the finals. D. P. Robinson '20 and J. B. Fenno '21 are also playing well. The principal upset of yesterday's play was the defeat of C. H. Hyams '21 by J. Kleberg '22.
