The Phillips Brooks House Association's annual financial campaign was opened last night at a dinner for the canvassers in the Harvard Union, at which the plans for the drive were out-lined and the 60 men comprising the three teams were given their assignments.
Team 1, under A. W. Douglass '21, will canvass Dunster Court, Apley Court, Standish, the Yard and Dana Chambers. The following Sophomores comprise the team: D. Angier, J. S. Barss, J. T. Bradiee, D. F. Cameron, N. Choate, J. Codman, W. Gale, M. Gratwick, R. Greenwood, D. Hall, F. T. Hammond, W. D. Howe, H. B. Humphrey, E. D. Hutchinson, O. S. Leland, C. C. Macomber, J. M. Martin, G. S. Morse, G. V. S. Smith, R. E. Smith, R. B. Smith, J. DeC. Scott, B. Wharton, A. M. Wrenn.
Team 2, under A. Houghton '21, will canvass cleverly and Senior House, Smith Halls, Lowell House, Beck, Holyoke House, and Russell. It is composed of M. P. Baker, Huntington Brown, H. F. Colf, H. Elliott, R. Emerson, H. W. Hardy, R. H. Hop kins, R. K. Kane, D. M. Key, L. Kimball, W. E. Leicht, L. B. La Farge, E. V. Otis, P. Palmer, J. W. Watson, R. E. Wheeler, W. Whitman 3rd, D. Withington.
Team 3, captained by L. B. Stoddard, Jr., '21, will cover Randolph, 9 Bow street, 22-28 Plympton street, Gore, Fairfax, Westmorely, Russell Annex and Perkins, and is made up of the following men. G. P. Bickford, C. C. Cabot, G. B. Cabot, A. H. Chatfield, J. Crocker, K. P. Groener J. J. Kennedy, R. H. La Motte, E. C. Lincoln, S. P. Moorehead, R. S. Hastings, R. L. Romaine, P. L. A particular emphasis this year is to be laid on receiving a 100 per cent subscription from the University. Although the goal of $5,000 is sightly larger than the amount raised in former years, this sum should be easily attained
