The CRIMSON competitions will open on Monday, January 6. Candidates for the news, business, and editorial departments will report Monday evening at 7 o'clock at the CRIMSON Building, 14 Plympton street.
The competitions this year will be run in two divisions, each one lasting approximately nine weeks. The first division will commence Monday and the second directly after the Spring recess.
Juniors, including men from 1919, so registered, will be eligible for the editorial staff. Sophomores and Freshmen will be eligible for the news and business staffs in both terms.
There are an unusually large number of vacancies in all three departments this year. As is customary the number of candidates elected depends entirely on the character of the work accomplished and no definite quota is fixed.
