Mr. Charles Harris Whitaker, editor of the Journal of the American Institute of Architects, will give an illustrated address on "The Housing Problem in War and in Peace," in Emerson J this morning at 10 o'clock. The lecture, which will be held under the auspices of the Department of Social Ethics, is open to all members of the University.
