Tomorrow is the last day for receiving from undergraduates applications for College scholarships for the year 1917-18, with the exception of the James A. Rumrill Scholarships and the Charles Elliott Perkins Scholarships. Thursday is also the last day upon which candidates for degrees which carry a graduation fee may give notice that they have abandoned their candidacy for such degrees.
