The following general regulations regarding spreads during Commencement Week have been made for Seniors by the committee.
Students who intend to hold spreads in dormitories must obtain written permission from the occupants of such rooms as are to be used. According to the regulations of the Bursar, students intending to use College rooms for Class Day spreads are required to notify the janitor before June 9 so that necessary arrangements can be made, and must apply to the janitor before that date for basement rooms if desired for the use of caterers. Seniors will be held responsible for the observance of the rule forbidding punches or distilled liquors in College rooms, and those who use others' rooms must file the prescribed written agreement with the Bursar. Seniors must notify their caterers that wagons will not be allowed in the Yard afternoon on Class Day, that between noon and 2 o'clock all materials must be carried by attendants on foot, and that between 2 and 11 o'clock attendants will not be allowed to enter or leave the Yard with dishes, ice cream cans, or anything of that nature. No automobiles carriages or bicycles will be allowed in the Yard after noon.
