The Freshman dinner that was to have been held tomorrow night has been given up because of the exigencies of the war situation. This decision was reached by the dinner committee after carefully considering the question. The president and vice-president of the class have already left for service in the naval reserve and several other Freshmen have also gone to that service.
Arnold Horween '20, chairman of the committee, will have the money refunded to those members of the class who have already purchased tickets any evening at Gore A25.
