German Courses Unaffected by War

Professor J. A. Walz, Ph.D. '95, chairman of the German Department, stated yesterday in an interview with a CRIMSON reporter that the courses in German at the University would not be affected in case of war between Germany and the United States. "The department," said Professor Walz, "proposes to go on with its work. All the instructors except one are United States citizens.
