The Pi Eta plans to give for its annual play, "A Medley of Heirs," a musical comedy written by J. W. D. Seymour '17, and to be coached by Mr. D. Lord. The play has to do with the working out of an agreement between two rulers of adjoining kingdoms, made upon the arrival of an heir in each of the royal families, providing for the marriage of their children when they become of age. When the heirs grow up and manifest in a decided manner their own inclinations, complications result which provide entertaining and highly amusing situations. The scene is laid somewhere in southern Europe.
Although the cast has not been definitely chosen, J. W. D. Seymour '17 and R. T. Bushnell '19 will take the two principal roles. The following members of the University Glee Club will take part in the choruses: N. H. Kerr '19, N. P. Johnson '17, J. Pfaffman '17, B. C. Cartmell ocC, E. C. Bennett '18, E. Rowse '18 and D. C. Dobinson '17. Others among the singers will be E. L. Casey 19, R. H. Bond '19 and S. Burnham '19.
Five performances will be given between the dates of March 16 and 23 the first and last in Cambridge, the others in Boston, Exeter and Lowell.
