COLLEGE CHAPEL OPENS SUNDAY WITH SERVICE BY DEAN BROWN

Morning Prayers Will be Conducted by Members of the Faculty During Next Week.

Appleton Chapel will open with morning service at 11 o'clock, Sunday morning, the day before the University opens. The service will be conducted by the Reverend Charles R. Brown, D.D., Dean of the Yale School of Religion, New Haven, Conn. All are cordially welcomed to this first service of the year, and new students and strangers are especially invited. Students of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology are invited to avail themselves of the services at Appleton Chapel, both on Sundays and on weekdays throughout the year.

Regular morning prayers will commence on Monday morning at 8.45 o'clock. This service will be held every week-day throughout the year, always closing in time for 9 o'clock, classes. During the first week the services will be held by the following members of the Faculty:

Monday, Professor William Thompson Sedgwick, Professor of Biology; Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Tuesday, President Lowell.

Wednesday, Professor Bliss Perry.

Thursday, Professor G. H. Palmer.

Friday, Professor W. B. Munro.

Saturday, Professor E. H. Bradford, M.D., Dean of the Harvard Medical School.
