Defeated H. Morgan '17 in Final Round of Tournament Yesterday.

R. Kennedy uC. defeated H. Morgan '17, 6-1, 4-6, 6-4, 7-5, in the finals of the tournament for the University championship in singles, on Jarvis Field yesterday afternoon. Both the winner and the runner-up will receive a cup.

The University team defeated the second team by the score of 9 matches to 0, on Divinity Field, yesterday afternoon.

Second Team Plays Technology.

The second team will play Technology on Divinity Field this afternoon at 4 o'clock.

The tournament for the University championship in doubles will start on Jarvis Field, this afternoon. All matches will be decided by the best two out of three sets except in the case of the finals, which will be decided by the best three out of five sets. Cups will be given to the winning team. At 2.45--E. Holt '16 and P. Lowry 1L. will play G. Aldis '17 and J. C. McMullin '17.

A series of interdormitory tennis matches will begin on Soldiers Field, next Wednesday afternoon. Captain R. C. Rand '19, of the Freshman tennis team, has appointed the following to act as captains of their respective dormitory teams: Smith--Gerald Towle '19, of Andover; Standish--William Platt '19, of New York, N. Y.; Gore--Quincy Adams Shaw, Jr., '19, of Boston. Those who intend to try for the teams must sign in the blue-books, which have been placed in the three dormitories, before tomorrow night. Those who live outside the dormitories should sign up in the blue-book in Standish Hall. The series of matches between the dormitories will consist in a round-robin tournament, in which each afternoon's matches will begin at 2.30 o'clock. Trial matches for the three teams will be arranged by the captains, on Soldiers Field, next Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
