Howland Haggerty Pell, Jr., of Westbury, N. Y., has been elected leader of the Freshman Instrumental Clubs to succeed Richard Dudley Sears, Jr., of Boston; Edward Chamberlain Whittemore, of Cambridge, has been elected secretary; Frederick Marcus Warburg, of New York, manager, to succeed Bulkeley Livermore Wells, of Telluride, Col.; and George Carey Barclay, of New York, assistant manager, in place of William Rice Odell, Jr., of Chicago, Ill.
