An elective course in military training will be added to the curriculum of the University of Pennsylvania in compliance with the demand of more than 350 of the students who signed cards signifying their desire to attend such a course. The cards were signed at a meeting addressed by Major-General Leonard Wood in the Gymnasium of the university.
