1920 PLAYS LOWELL TEXTILE

Freshmen Enter Contest After Week of Hard Scrimmaging.

The 1920 football team will face Lowell Textile on Soldiers Field this afternoon at 2.40. This game was arranged at the beginning of the week to fill an open date.

Coach Rollins' men have been undergoing a hard week's work of scrimmages with the second Freshman team, and have had one short scrimmage with the University team in which the Freshmen made a good showing.

Failure to play hard with weak opponents, coupled with a slight spirit of overconfidence, is the most apparent fault of the team. With all the regulars back in the line-up, however, the team should show a decided improvement this afternoon.
