To the Editors of the CRIMSON:

Owing to the fact that the President of the United States has appointed (through an appeal of Congress) two days, namely October 21 and 22 for collecting relief funds all over the country for the sufferers of Armenia and Syria, we the undersigned students of Harvard University, representing those two countries, are going to hold a mass meeting at Emerson D. Tuesday evening at 8 o'clock, to present before the student body the cause of those two unfortunate countries.

It is needless to remind our readers of the place that the suffering East has occupied in the history of civilization and religion.

We trust that the students of the University which stands for the highest ideals and broadest sympathies may respond to our appeal by their presence and generosity. G. M. MESSIRIAN.   H. I. KATIBAH 2DV.   K. BLOROSIAN 2G.   G. S. KHUKKI   S. D. MALOUT 3DV.
