FALL BASEBALL MEN OUT TODAY

Coach Mitchell to Direct Fall Practice But Resigns Before Spring.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Fall baseball practice will start this afternoon when all candidates for the University and Freshman teams should report at the Locker Building at 2.30 o'clock. Anyone who was unable to attend the meeting at the Varsity Club last Friday should come down at 2 o'clock to report to Captain G. E. Abbott '17, who will outline the work.

All men, especially Freshmen, who expect to try for the teams next spring, should avail themselves of this splendid opportunity to get extra practice and expert coaching. This is Coach Mitchell's last season with the University players, which renders the present season especially important.

A very large squad will be retained throughout the entire season, and there will be practically no cuts. A long schedule is being arranged and every one will be given a chance to prove something.
