Every student in Harvard College, except special students, must hand in at University 4 before Monday afternoon, February 14, at 5 o'clock, a list of all his studies for the second half-year. The cards upon which this list must be written may be obtained at University 4 on any day between 9 and 1 o'clock.
If any second half-year courses not discussed with one's adviser are added, his consent must be obtained. Any student wishing to take a "starred course" or a course "Primarily for Graduates" must obtain the written recommendation of the instructor on a card at the first meeting of the course.
