FIRST 1919 ELECTIONS TODAY

FRESHMEN WILL VOTE FOR CLASS OFICERS IN STANDISH FROM 9 TO 3.

The election of the Freshman class officers by Australian ballot will be held in the Standish Hall Common Room today from 9 o'clock in the morning until 3 in the afternoon. All men who entered with the class 1919 are eligible to vote.

The final list of nominations is as follows:

For president--Rufus Hallowell Bond, of Everett; Henry Corwin Flower, Jr., of Kansas City, Mo. For vice-president--George Lewis Batchelder, Jr., of Medford; Hamilton Coolidge, Jr., of Brookline; George Daniel Flynn, Jr., of Fall River. For secretary-treasurer--Charles Fairchild Fuller, of New York, N. Y.; Francis Whiting Hatch, Jr., of West Medford; James Dana Hutchinson, of Dorchester; Cecil Dunmore Murray, of New York, N. Y. For representative on the Student Council--Stanley Burnham, of Gloucester; Russell Cobb, of New York. N. Y.; Quentin Roosevelt, of Oyster Bay, N. Y.; Augustus Thorndike, Jr., of Boston.

The following Sophomores have been appointed watchers at the polls. If unable to keep their assignments they are requested to secure substitutes. 9 to 10: V. Knauth, F. Knauth; 10 to 11: J. T. Bishop, H. M. Lange; 11 to 12: T. T. Seelye, S. B. Kaiser; 12 to 1: N. Quimby, Moseley Taylor; 1 to 2: H. Talcott, C. L. Poor; 2 to 3: G. W. Adams, C. A. Cook.
