More than a hundred superintendents of schools in Massachusetts cities and towns will meet at Harvard June 28 to July 3 for their first annual convention. On Saturday, July 3, the superintendents will hold a joint session with the American Institute of Instruction, when the subject for discussion will be "Why Every School System Should Include the Kindergarten." At the meeting on the opening day the chairman will be F. G. Wadsworth of the State Board of Education, and Professor Paul H. Hanus, of the Department of Education and Commissioner David Snedden will be the speakers. On the following days there will be departmental sessions, at which topics of prime interest to Massachusetts educators will be discussed.
