First of Godkin Lectures

The first of the series of Godkin lectures for 1915 will be given by Professor Leon Dupriez, visiting lecturer in Government from the University of Louvain, in Emerson J this evening at 8 o'clock. The four lectures will be in French on "La Representation Proportionnelle en Belgique," the title of the one this evening being "Les origines et le developement du mauvement proportionnaliste." The public, is cordially invited to attend.
