The University lacrosse team defeated the Boston Lacrosse Club on Saturday, 6 goals to 2. For Harvard, Captain W. E. Nightingale '15, O. H. Persons '17, and J. R. Fleming '15 played consistent games, while the Boston team was not up to its usual form.
The line-ups follow: Goals--Nash, Wanamaker, J. R. Fleming 2, Lucas, Persons, Gustofson, Forestall. Umpire--Stevens. Time -- 25 and 20 minute halves. Freshmen Lost to Andover. The Freshman team was defeated by Andover 3 goals to 2 in a very closely contested match. Captain R. M. Lovett and H. H. Dampman played best for the Freshmen.
