Prize Essays and Theses for Ph.D. With Distinction, Due Today.

Today is the last day for receiving essays in a number of prize contests. Theses for the Susan Anthony Potter prizes in Comparative Literature. Dissertations for the Dante, Sargent, Toppan, Sumner, and Bennett prizes are also due.

All candidates for the degree of Ph.D. in 1915, except in the Divisions of Ancient Languages, and of History, Government and Economics, must hand in their theses by tonight. Applicants for the degree of M.D. or of D.M.D. must file their applications by tonight.

Essays for the three prizes of $150, $100 and $50, offered by the American Protective Tariff Lague must be mailed to 339 Broadway, New York City, today, and the essays for the Y. M. C. A. prize are also due. Notice of intention to compete for the Sales and Jeremy Belknap prizes must be given by today.
