The fifth edition of the Official Guide to the University is now being printed. It is published by the Harvard Memorial Society and first appeared in 1898. It contains information concerning all the buildings of the University, a short history of the constitution, a description of the different departments, and accounts of the various athletic activities.

The last edition of the Official Guide was published in 1908. The new edition will be brought up to date, including descriptions of buildings erected in the last seven years, as the Widener Library, the new Chemistry Laboratory, the Cruft Laboratory and the new gates. It will also contain the Technology agreement and other information concerning the history of the University.
