SWIMMERS OVERWHELMED BROWN

University Took Every First But One in Dual Meet, Winning 39 to 14.

Providence, R. I., March 3.--The University swimming team defeated Brown tonight by the score of 39 to 14. Harvard was first in the relay, and in all the individual races except the fancy diving.

The summary:

Relay race--Won by Harvard: (Captain B. M. Fullerton '16, W. T. Jenney '17, H. Wentworth '17, J. W. D. Seymour '17). Time, 1m., 58s.

Fancy diving -- Won by Hicks (B.); second, Laroc (B.); third, W. L. Monro '16.

50-yard swim--Won by J. W. D. Seymour '17; second, H. Wentworth '17; third, Smith (B.). Time, 28s.

220-yard swim--Won by B. M. Fullerton '16; second, McLaughlin (B.); third, S. L. Rogers '17. Time, 2m., 55s.

Plunge--Won by A. Dioxn, 3d, '16; second, W. L. Monro '16; third, Williamson (B.). Distance, 59 feet.

100-yard swim--Won by B. M. Fullerton '16; second, H. Wentworth '17; third; McLaughlin (B.). Time, 1m., 05s.
