President Rush Rhees of Rochester University will deliver the third lecture in the series given under the auspices of the International Polity Federation in the Assembly Room of the Union on Monday at 8 o'clock. The remaining lectures in the series will be delivered by Dean Charles R. Brown of Yale Divinity School, some time early in April, and Mr. Oswald Garrison Villard of the New York Evening Post. Professor R. B. Perry will preside on Monday. Immediately after the lecture there will be a meeting of the International Polity Club in Stoughton 15 at which president Rhees will be present.
