The University fencing team won from the University of Pennsylvania Saturday evening at the Hemenway Gymnasium by the score of 7 bouts to 2. B. S. Nichols '16 won all three of his contests. The summary by bouts follows: Van Buskirk (P.) defeated T. J. Putnam '16; B. S. Nichols '16 defeated Bartol (P.); A. B. D. DeKay '16 defeated Finlay (P.); B. S. Nichols '16 defeated VanBuskirk (P.); A. B. D. DeKay '16 defeated Bartol (P.); T. J. Putnam '15 defeated Smiley (P.); Van Buskirk (P.) defeated A. B. D. DeKay '16; B. S. Nichols '16 defeated Smiley (P.); T. J. Putnam '15 defeated Bartol (P.).
